SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern the use of text messaging services provided by Fairware Promotional Products (“Fairware,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through Microsoft Teams–enabled phone numbers.
By opting in to receive SMS messages from Fairware, you agree to these SMS Terms.
1. Purpose of SMS Messaging
Fairware uses SMS messaging solely for one-to-one, business-related communication.
SMS messages may be used to:
- Respond to inquiries
- Communicate about orders, projects, or timelines
- Coordinate details related to customer service or support
- Follow up on active business conversations
Fairware does not use SMS for marketing, promotional campaigns, mass messaging, or automated communications.
2. Opt-In Consent
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Fairware by:
- Providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages, or
- Initiating or responding to an SMS conversation with a Fairware team member, or
- Replying START to a Fairware SMS message
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction with Fairware.
You may receive multiple messages in a single day during an active conversation, or no messages for extended periods when no active communication is required.
4. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.
Fairware is not responsible for any charges incurred from receiving SMS messages.
5. Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Fairware at any time by replying:
STOP
Once you opt out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent from that number unless you re-opt in.
Opting out applies only to the phone number from which you send the STOP request.

Fairware respects your privacy.

8. Supported Carriers & Availability
SMS delivery is subject to mobile carrier availability and network conditions. Fairware does not guarantee delivery of SMS messages and is not responsible for delays or failures caused by carriers or third-party service providers.
9. Changes to These SMS Terms
Fairware may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of SMS messaging after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
