Was it used indoors or outdoors? And does the material have any blemishes you think would be undesirable if they showed up on the products we will make? (optional)

Note if there are any holes, abrasions, stains, delamination, etc.

Would you be able to send us a sample of the material – about 24in x 24in? (optional)

How many pieces (sheets) of material do you have? Include the dimensions of your largest AND smallest piece.
