Each award has been sustainably crafted by ChopValue, a local company that transforms recycled chopsticks into stunning, functional products. How the Awards Were Made

- Collection: Chopsticks discarded by restaurants across Metro Vancouver are collected, diverting thousands from landfills.
- Transformation: ChopValue’s team cleans, presses, and turns these chopsticks into durable engineered wood.
- Design: The awards are then custom-designed and engraved with the names of the winning participants, creating a unique and meaningful keepsake.
