RVO Health, with its mission to enhance health and well-being, showcased its commitment through a Merch Program celebrating its new branding. Offering a selection of bags and eco-friendly t-shirts, they personalized the experience for their team, emphasizing inclusivity and empathy. The carefully curated merchandise, including travel packs, urban packs, and waterproof duffel bags, along with Allmade Recycled t-shirts, highlighted their dedication to quality and sustainability. This initiative not only fostered a sense of unity among employees but also reflected RVO Health’s core values of empathy and making a positive impact on people’s lives.

With a new company comes new branding—and celebrations. And what better way to celebrate than a Merch Program for your team?

Merch for New Company Branding

In celebrating the launch of its new branding, RVOH wanted to commemorate it with quality merchandise for its team. They know not one size fits all, so we curated a selection of 3 bags – a travel pack, an urban pack, and a waterproof duffle bag. Our online pop-up shop allowed employees to pick their bag of choice, add their t-shirt size and have control of the merch they wanted.

All kit’s common elements to celebrate the new branding included a sticker sheet, a fully custom key ring, an Allmade Recycled t-shirt and their bag of choice. We worked with several different vendors and successfully colour-matched across products to achieve the same unique branded blue to keep true to the new look.


The Allmade Recycled T-shirt was selected for its crazy-soft feel and sustainable material. Made from the equivalent of six recycled plastic water bottles, it is 50% Repreve polyester, 25% US-grown Cotton, and 25% Tencel Modal. Decoration included three elements: First, a classic left chest logo imprint showcasing RVO Health’s new logo, and second, we successfully achieved the unique location side seam print of the RV”O” imprint.  Lastly, the subtle woven pinch label brought a retail feel to the t-shirt and supported the main request of ‘make it a beloved t-shirt’ that people want to wear.


These bags were chosen with the idea of letting the employees choose which bag would work best for their lifestyle. Here is the lineup:

1) Travel Pack — Miir Olympus 20L Computer Backpack — featuring a roll top opening set to protect devices up to 17 in.

2) Urban Pack — Mobile Professional Computer Backpack—This backpack offers optimal storage for the mobile professional and a compact design that will hold a 15-inch laptop.

3) Waterproof Duffel—Stormtech Nomad Duffel Bag—This 2-in-1 duffel and backpack is 100% waterproof, has an ID sleeve and is perfect for those who travel for work.
