  3. You look at the proposal and select an option.
  4. Fairware orders the product and provides a proof of the item for sign off by you.
  5. The product is delivered within the timeframe and you have a great event.

A few pro-tips to keep in mind:

  • The standard lead time is 3-4 weeks depending on the merchandise (add 3-5 days shipping). Rush orders may be possible if necessary.
  • Product pricing depends on three things:
    1. quantity ordered (more product = lower costs)
    2. number of colours in the logo (more colours = more cost)
    3. number of locations (more locations = more cost)
  • Consider collaborating with other departments or leverage multiple campaigns or events to purchase higher quantities of one item (this also helps get the costs down). Fairware will help manage your budget so you get what you want at the price you need.
